• SUL had an extortionate bill with BT. They were paying £500 per month for a leased line. In my first conversations with Mackenzie we agreed that a leased line was overkill for the business. We quoted for FTTP which had excellent speeds of 350/50 meg.  This was just as good as the leased line speeds but only costs £50 per month. Instantly Connect365 saved SUL £450 per month on the data connectivity whilst still maintaining a high level of product.

• We then bolted our hosted phone solution on to the FTTP service. It works exceptionally well.

• The new technology is hugely beneficial especially the unified communications.  All employees are all connected no matter where they are.  

• The Business likes to be up to date with technology.  The owners realise that the new hosted phones solution will enhance the business profile and give the clients a more professional experience when they call the business.

• The ability to utilise the phone system from any device anywhere in the world is amazing.  During Lockdown we were able to function well.

• The administration portal is well used by SUL. It gives them complete control over the telephony. No longer do they need to call BT and wait in long ques to get any response. They simply log on to the portal and can make their own changes to the telephony. This is a huge benefit, being in control of their own destiny.
