Challenges:
The company historically always worked with BT. They had found in recent years that the BT leased line connections had become temperamental. Also, the speeds were not great. They were also paying extremely high costs for the circuits they had in place on 5-year contracts.
Solutions:
Connect365 have access to multiple leased line providers. We sourced 2 x Virgin 1gb/1gb circuits. These are very quick circuits and are non-contended. What this means is that they are only for the use of the company.
After installation they noticed a considerable increase in the speed of their PC’s. The circuits are very reliable and provide the company with the connectivity they require.
Cost wise we halved the costs they were previously paying and provided circuits with quicker speeds.
